In order to provide excellent surgical service, Jennifer assists Dr. Noffze with each surgery. She meticulously cleans all surgical instruments, and maintains perfect surgical supply inventory. Jennifer efficiently coordinates our employees’ schedules, ensuring the most excellent patient care by having a sufficient number of employees readily available each day.

Lesley provides a welcoming environment for our patients during their pre-operative consultations. She also maintains current licensure for Dr. Noffze’s medical and dental licenses. As the coordinator of one of the largest independent dental study clubs, the Heartland Study Club, Lesley works diligently to coordinate continuing education meetings and continuing education hours throughout the year.

To relieve our patients of insurance duties, Nancy coordinates with insurance companies to provide the most accurate and up-to-date financial estimates possible. She submits insurance claims on our patient’s behalf. Nancy also answers the office phone in a timely manner and is readily available to schedule appointments.

Pat provides a warm, comfortable environment in our recovery room where she monitors all patients following surgery. She also provides easy to understand post-operative care instructions to our patients and their caregivers.
